Setting Goals
First of all you must decide what your goal actually is & then you can brainstorm & list out all the things you would need to accommodate your goals. Remember, brainstorming is all about getting all of the ideas together in the first place, this will give you options. Do not quit before you to start, instead, focus all of your will & energy into the accomplishment of your chosen goal.
