Forgiveness is the key to peace, health & happiness.  Letting go of past resentments does not mean forgetting a wrongful action, it means you forgive to heal yourself to restore your capacity to give & receive love. Forgiveness reminds you that your happiness is an inside job. When you choose to forgive you stop using your imagination to judge or inflame negative thinking that can rule your mind & body as well as harm your physical wellbeing
